Shipping & Delivery

  • Fundraiser Orders Only: All coffee purchased through this fundraiser will be delivered directly to your Spanish Schoolhouse location for distribution.

  • No Home Shipping: Products are not shipped to individual addresses. Instead, orders will be sent to your child’s Spanish Schoolhouse and current classroom, as selected at checkout.

  • Distribution: Orders will be grouped by school, classroom, and pickup date and handed out by staff/volunteers at your school.

  • Timeline: Delivery to schools typically occurs within 2 weeks. You’ll receive confirmation from your school once orders are ready for pickup.

Returns & Exchanges

Because this is a fundraiser:

  • All Sales Are Final: We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once orders are placed.

  • Order Accuracy: Parents will receive an email confirmation with order details at checkout. Please review this carefully to ensure your student’s name, school, and classroom are correct.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at coffee@addisoncoffee.com within 5 days of distribution so we can make it right.
